Interestingly, none of the record titles related to the ‘transport mural’ include “Cascade Of Transport Mural”.

SPENCER STREET STATION TRANSPORT MURAL
The image found at PROV measured 7880px x 1624px (2mb), and despite its size is sadly quite dull and lacks detail.
It’s hard to believe that the image (below) came from the 3 – 20×15 centimetre (10″x8″) Ektachrome transparencies mentioned in the article: At last, transport mural’s a ‘take’.
A request for assistance was submitted to PROV on 18/08/2023.

2023 – Public Record Office Victoria – PROV134175
In September 2023, we asked PROV to see if the three 20×15 centimetre (10″x8″) Ektachrome transparencies were in its collection.
After a number of interactions, we received a spreadsheet and the following message:
The spreadsheet does not specifically mention 3-10″x8″ Ektachrome images. Unfortunately it seems they are not part of this collection although there are many references to it according to the spreadsheet I sent you.
Kind Regards
